Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer’s Report for April 2005 approved, subject to audit.
Sr. Warden’s Report
A Newcomers Committee is forming to welcome and follow-up on new people attending services.
The Search Committee is officially working and has had 3 meetings. The officers will be listed in the Visitor and on the bulletin board in the office corridor.
Jr. Warden Report
Vestry Spring Clean-Up on April 23 had 30-40 volunteers despite rain.
Ed and maintenance team will remove the elm tree overhanging shed and office wing.
Marybeth is directing effort to have outside heating oil tank removed by Seymour Oil.
Interim Rector
Recently revised Safe Church rules and age guidelines for Confirmation in the Diocese were discussed.
Fr. Rob will not be available Tuesday and Thursday evenings in June due to his teaching schedule at Hartford Seminary.
Lynn will make a request for donations to replenish our supply of prayer books and hymnals @ $20.
New Business
Vestry 101 – Leanne Pazzi will try to get 10 people in the Deanery interested in attending this course - offered by the Diocese, at St. Paul’s instead of traveling to Hartford.
Leanne reported that the Ladies’ Wed. morning Bible Study has changed its name to “Women’s Faith and Fellowship”.
