The News for Easter Friday
Good Morning, All. Please make note of the announcements that appear below. We are going to have a busy month at St. Paul's, as the search process now begins in earnest and as we finish preparing our confirmands to receive the sacrament in early May. [Location still to be announced.]
Again, please plan on attending the very important parish dinner and meeting on Sunday, April 10th. The better representation we have, the better the match will be between our parish and the candidates for rector.
And, while I'm thinking of it, tomorrow begins the re-born TGIF men's Bible study breakfast. We will be meeting over eggs and whatnots at 7:30 in the morning.
The Collect for Easter Friday:
Almighty Father, who gave your only Son to die for our sins and to rise for our justification: Give us grace so to put away the leaven of malice and wickedness, that we may always serve you in pureness of living and truth; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
