To all Committee leaders:

I want to remind all of you that minutes of all official meetings of the various committees of St. Paul's are to be kept and filed with the parish office.

Also, there is a rather attractive bulletin board in the office corridor, designed by our own Sue Kelly, which is where these minutes are to be posted so that all members of the parish will know what's going on with our various ministries. This would also encourage new members to participate, I think.

While there are some exceptions to this [Stewardship and Search Committees come to mind] where there is an expectation of confidentiality, I would like to see this bulletin board utilized more broadly than it currently is.
