"Telling Our Story"

I wanted to thank Mark and those who helped him in the kitchen on Sunday evening. Certainly, what constitutes a "light snack" at St. Paul's is a bit more than our visitors imagined.

I also want to thank all of you who participated in the event. I appreciate that four hours on a busy Sunday was a major commitment of time and energy, but I believe that you will see the positive results of your participation when the call of the new rector is made. The diocesan staff and our search consultant were very pleased at the depth and volume of the commentary, as was I.

I have been attending events like this for a decade now, and have seen few examples of congregations "owning" their history with the same awareness as did the people of St. Paul's.
